Lawn Aeration

     There is a reason golf courses perform aeration service multiple times a year – it just may be the single best thing you can do for the grass on your lawn!

     Aeration allows more water, oxygen, nutrients to get down to your grass’ roots while helping to reduce the thatch layer. When soil becomes compacted, even slightly, it inhibits the flow of these essentials that support thicker, healthier turf growth.

     What makes a lawn compact? Construction equipment, kids and pets playing, and general use lead to soil compaction. For families who spend time on their lawn fairly often, we recommend aeration on an annual basis. For others, every other year would do the trick.
