Lawn Maintenance Service includes the following :
1. Mowing with a professional grade mower will be done on all turf areas of the property, once every week.
2. Mower deck will be set to a height of 3.25-3.5 inches while mowing, to keep grass at a healthy height all season long.
3. Line trimming will be done weekly in areas inaccessible to mowers around obstacles such as trees, curbs, light poles, sidewalk edges and other objects on the property.
4. Service includes cleanup of all grass clippings from any sidewalk/driveway or any hardscape on the property after every weekly service, to maintain a clean appearance.

Grass clippings will be mulched, they will not be bagged.

Invoices are sent at the end of the month through email. You can pay with a card to make it faster and easier for you. Clients have the option to pre-pay as far in advance as they would like.
